FledLite (LED Floodlights):

LED Floodlights / Spotlights (168 led array ! equivalent to a 100watt halogen bulb but using only 13 watts)

The benefits of LED technology are longer life, more robust to dropping, same lamp useable with either 110v or 230v (integral battery, 12v or 24 versions optional). Museum Lighting:

Replacing expensive and heat producing halogen lamps.

 

Saves energy costs on lighting and the air-conditioning bill. At these times of tight budgets every thing helps.

 

It is also easier to maintain climatic conditions suitable for the long term conservation of artefacts.

Construction Sites:

Having battery, 240v and 110v supply gives flexibility in deploying lighting safety and quickly.

 

Minimising trailing cables (tripping hazards) and minimising stock of lights, their robustness and outdoor suitability is ideal to assist working at night and the meeting of tight deadlines.

Energy Conservation:

Lighting energy costs can be cut by as much as 80% deploying LED Fledlites. A 150w halogen light draws close to 0.7 Amps (at 230vac), an equivalent FledLite draws less than 0.1 Amp. Added up over the year that is one major cost and energy saving of £40 per light. In addition FledLights last much longer than conventional halogen lamps and don't generate unnecessary heat. .
Product Specification

Euronova FledLites consist of an array of 168 leds that can be directly powered from 110v ac to 240v ac or via a built in battery (8 hours life). The unit weighs 3.2kg and is 180mm by 120mm by 130mm. The LED's will last 10,000 hours+ (typical 3 - 5 years high usage, lifetime to 50% brightness) and the operating temperature is between -40o C to + 40o C. (Note: higher operating temperatures will reduce the brightness lifetime)

Standard product is 168 white leds in an brushed Al case. Tripod and battery version optional. Special version can be switched on / off remotely.

User Instructions

Mount the FledLite onto a bracket or tripod. Just plug into an appropriate extension lead and switch on. If using out doors, ensure the extension lead is fully weatherproof (110v power recommended) or use the battery version which provides 8 hours of light from a full charge. 

Hints and Tips

Ensure the battery version is fully charged before deployment.

If the case temperature is likely to be over 40C during operation then attention must be paid to methods of cooling, otherwise the brightness will degrade faster.
